Provincial Helicopters was established in 1994 through the merger of two companies; TJ Helicopters and Rotorways. Since that time, PHL has grown into one of the premier Air Charter Operators and Flight Training facilities in Canada. We are ISO certified and Transport Canada approved.

Located in Lac du Bonnet, Manitoba surrounded by prairie and the Precambrian Shield.

PHL has it's own Transport Canada approved maintenance facility, and is authorized to perform all standard maintenance on our fleet.
